I called the Cascade ‘after-hours’ line on Saturday… close to midnight… since our walk-in cold room had gone into alarm.  Additionally, I was out of town, so I needed assistance from my manager… to meet [Cascade] at Ambrx to discover what needed to be done. In a nutshell, [Cascade] knew exactly what to do, kept us updated through the night, and repaired our cold room’s system before the contents got too warm.
